Fred Kermani, CCIM, and AIA, is a rare blend of strategist, architect, and commercial real estate expert—bringing together design thinking, market intelligence, and investment insight in every client engagement. Licensed as a real estate broker in both Florida and California and as an architect in Florida, he approaches every opportunity with a uniquely integrated perspective that bridges vision and value.

A Career Shaped Across Markets and Generations

With decades of experience across domestic and international markets, Fred has worked with leading firms including Coldwell Banker, CBRE, and CRE Consultants, and returned to Coldwell Banker Commercial in March 2026. Since 1983, he has been actively shaping real estate outcomes in the United States, while his work in planning and architecture dates back to 1967, spanning both U.S. and global projects.
